My first 10k completed!

Big shout to the best running partner for helping me along the past 3 weeks. Starting training 3 weeks ago and I had never ran a 5k without stopping but this experience has been fantastic.

Can't wait for the next challenge 💪🏻

What a transformation!

David and I have been hard at work in the gym since February and are proud to bring you these results. David had recently retired from a distinguished Hurling career and had found himself wanting to get in shape and to educate himself on nutritional benefits while doing so. Between work, kids, coaching teams and being an ever present at Senior games, I dont know where he finds the time but David set out with a goal weight in mind and has smashed it ever since!!

Body fat down ⬇️ 8kg
Strength up ⬆️ MASSIVE GAINS

Losing over 8kg since he has been training with me David has massively improved his strength also with compound lifts such as Bench press 60kg, Squat 80kg and Deadlift 100kg all for reps after never having been in a gym setting before💪🏻

Our main goal was to make weight loss sustainable through healthy eating habits and a better understanding of how our body uses food for energy. David still enjoys the odd Chinese and Sunday dinner creating that balance whilst still fueling his body to help with the massive gains in strength.

Its been a pleasure coaching David and we are both looking forward to continuing this journey together.

4kg down and stronger than ever!

I decided 4 weeks ago to make some changes to my training programme and tweak my nutrition and the results I think speak for themselves.

It wasn't straightforward with a newborn baby and my clients but with little motivation and lots of help from it's been made possible to stay consistent with my training and I'm buzzing to see where I can go from here!

MY JOURNEY TO A HEALTHIER, STRONGER ME
Looking back at where I started vs. where I am now is truly eye-opening!

For years, I went to the gym and played sports, but without a solid understanding of training and nutrition, my weight fluctuated constantly. Then, about 18 months ago, everything changed. I suffered an injury while playing Hurling that left me sidelined for months, weighing 114kg (18 stone) and feeling stuck. I knew I had to make a change.

That day, I made a commitment to myself—to take control of my health. Through research, trial and error, and consistent effort, I started shedding the weight and learning what truly worked for my body. Now, I’m down to 81kg (12st 10lbs), feeling stronger, healthier, and more motivated than ever.

About six months ago, I realized that this journey had changed not only my body but also my mindset. I had fallen in love with the process, and I wanted to help others experience the same transformation. That’s why I became a certified personal trainer.

What a start to 2025!

Ciarán absolutely smashing all expectations with this 6 week training block!

Ciarán came to me looking to start his journey to lose body fat and gain muscle and strength, so like any good big brother, I couldn't wait to help.
Ciaráns plan included:
- nutritional guidance
- 24/7support via text
- 1-2-1 personal training sessions 3x a week
- unlimited motivation and accountability! ⬆️

From the moment we started Ciarán was locked in and worked his socks off, a pleasure to coach. In 6 short weeks, we managed to strip 8.5kg of body fat with his strength skyrocketing. Having not been to a gym in over 5 years we started off slowly and not even able to complete 5 bodyweight press ups, now we are up to 4 sets of 8 and even repping a cool 60kg Bench press as well as huge improvement to his Squat and Deadlift!

This is just the start as Ciarán has already committed to another 6 week block of training to continue his fitness journey and I'm buzzing to get started, PBs incoming!
