There's a moment in that room, usually somewhere in day two, where someone goes very quiet.

It's the moment a person realises that the thing they've been carrying about themselves for ten or twenty years, the story about what they're capable of, was never actually true.

I've watched it happen to hundreds of people. I've also watched it happen to my wife.

Lindsay walked into the first Inception in 2019 with a much smaller idea of what her life could be. Different beliefs. Different goals. A completely different sense of what was possible for her.

One of the biggest mindset shifts I ever learned was this:
Selling is serving.

If you truly believe your product, service, or coaching can help someone, then selling isn't about pressure it's about giving them the opportunity to change.

Knowledge alone doesn't create results.

Awareness is powerful, but awareness without action changes nothing.

People don't transform because they attended an event or watched a video.

They transform when they decide to implement what they've learned.

If you know your solution can genuinely help someone, don't be afraid to ask them to take the next step.

Sometimes the greatest act of service is helping someone make a decision.

Every conversation ends with a sale.
