The Ulster Physical Fitness Championships is designed to enable athletes and fitness professionals to showcase their physical attributes and sporting talent on a professionally judged platform. The UPFC was created by an affiliation of fitness professionals who recognised a lack of standing for models trying to not only prove their physique but also trying to prove their physical fitness ability.
