"A lot of people would love to walk, but they don't know where to go, and they don't think they're capable of doing it. As a club Mid Ulster Walking Club (MUWC) pride outselves on introducing people, maybe slowly at the start and encourage them."

There are so many UFRC clubs across Northern Ireland with the same passion for bringing more people into the fold and sharing the benefits of club-walking. Mid Ulster Walking Club is one brilliant example.
