From 15–17 May, they will be representing England at the INTERNATIONAL GIRLS' TOURNAMENT “SOSTINĖ HOCKEY CUP” 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

We are so proud of the progress they have made this year with the Roses, and even prouder that they have both been selected for the England U16 squad. Their hard work, dedication, and passion for the game continue to shine through every step of the way.

Wishing them the very best of luck in the tournament - what an amazing experience and achievement! ❤️🤍

Match Reports 10/5/26 - part two: ROSES

A strong way to close out the season from Roses with a 5-3 win over the Sheffield Shadows B. Huge effort from everyone last night — the team worked hard from start to finish and it showed on the scoreboard.
Special shoutout to our 3 players who joined the squad from Thorns (Hughes, Isla and Phoebe) and stepped in brilliantly. Great energy, teamwork, and attitude all around.
Proud of the way we finished the season together, achieving 3rd place in D2A overall- our highest yet!💪

Match Reports 10/5/26 - part one: THORNS

Sunday saw the last game of the season for Thorns as we faced-off against Caledonia. The team walked away with our heads held high after the 6-1 loss, having come a long way since our 23-0 loss against them back in November. Every member of the team hustled and gave it their all. We held our own and had a great time whilst doing it.

The Thorns have created such a positive culture in the team and have improved leaps and bounds since the start of the season. We'll enjoy a well-deserved break and come back refreshed the next season.

We must also give a huge shout-out to one of our captains, Jenny Carter, as she played her last game with us today. Jenny has been an absolute star this season, and has led the team proudly. We wish her all the best for her new job role, and hope to see her down the line! 💙💛

💙Roses are away to Sheffield Shadows B, with face-off at 4.40pm.

💛Thorns have their final home game against Caledonia Steel Queens B again. Face-off is 5pm in Bradford.

We’re opening the ice for WNIHL players this summer with relaxed, high-tempo training sessions designed to keep you skating, competing and having fun with absolutely ZERO pressure to join the club.
