So many of us neglect our health and wellbeing and we simply justify it by telling ourselves that we dont have the time in our schedules to train. If your one of these people please ask yourself the following questions honestly. Then look to see what your prioritising over your health and ask yourself again do i really not have time or is this just an excuse??

Work: ______ hours per week

Sleep:______ hours per week

Travelling time: ______ hours per week

Errands: ______ hours per week

Family Time: ______ hours per week

TV/Phone Time: ______ hours per week

Add the number of hours above. That’s your “Total Hours.”

Now do this equation: 168 – (Total Hours) = Weekly hours you have for exercise. If you have more than 6 extra hours left over, you have no more excuses!!!!

Before its possible to make physical changes we must change your mindset first and it all starts by smashing your barriers down first🙌

Connor also increased his seated DB shoulder press from 12kg-20kg for 8 reps

Connor reached out to me asking what could be done within 4 weeks before his holiday to improve his appearance. This is an example of someone who ideally left it too late but did he sulk and feel sorry for himself and resign himself to the fact its too late to change? Absolutely not… No excuses, no self justifications as to why he shouldn’t even try. Connor made the optimal choice that was left available and applied all of his available time into doing the best he could and his results show.

I explained that in 4 weeks we can reduce his body fat by placing him in a calorie deficit, implement a training program that included goal related resistance sessions, limited rest periods between sets and to follow specific tempo guidelines. All of which will allow him to still make those huge physical strength gains as well as🔥fat. By placing short rest time periods between sets and implementing super sets we are looking to keep his heart rate elevated for longer periods which will lead to higher caloric expenditure during sessions. We also due to the strict calorie allowance had to make sure his daily protein intake was high allowing him to actually gain lean muscle mass while in a deficit💪🏻Eating a high amount of protein and consuming smaller meals more often will also help you increase your metabolic rate and aid in body fat loss when in a deficit. Connor’s smashed these 4 weeks and is now “buzzing” with his results✅👏 Job well done lad. As soon as he is back from holiday were going straight back to work 💪🏻 Enjoy your holiday pal🏝

Another review making my day. Knowing I’ve assisted someone and gave them the tools to transform their life like this is the best feeling!! Never mind when its your own mother👏🏼

This is a prime example of someone who has struggled to gain benefits from multiple diets and fitness regimes which over time caused her to lose faith and confidence. THIS IS THE REASON I LOVE MY JOB!
The buzz that i get when i receive messages and reviews like this from clients and knowing iv assisted in them reaching their goals is another level! 🤩 Following on from my post the yesterday showcasing Jordans UNREAL transformation, I thought it was only right to share his honest thoughts after completing his 12 week plan. JORDAN LOWES!!!This man is the definition of doing the BEST you can around your lifestyle and when s**t gets tough still pushing through.
Jordan works up to 60hrs per week😳YES 60HRS PER WEEK and still managed to lose 12.5kg, Add lean muscle mass, smash personal bests WEEKLY and most importantly give him the level of confidence he hasnt had in years 🧡So before we even get started here what is the excuse that you tell yourself everyday as to why you cant achieve your goals?

Jordan sits down every week and plans his week ahead and makes the conscious effort to make sure his physical goals are just as much a priority as his work and family time etc. When i first sat down with Jordan he explained to me that, “All i want is structure within my gym sessions as i feel i just go through the motions and loose motivation easily. I would also like to add some lean muscle mass and to feel more confident“.
When planning Jordans sessions i realised he needs to gain confidence first here and the rest will follow. So how do we just gain confidence? because this s**t doesn’t just grow on trees. We started by placing challenges at the end of every single gym session for him to complete. Week by week he was smashing the previous weeks personal bests. This is the key to keeping him motivated and his confidence levels just went through the ceiling when racking up all them daily wins🙌. I also planned with Jordan to have a small fat loss stage in his last block to even further elevate his confidence levels around his self image. Jordan has been nothing but a pleasure to work and is flying now. I cant wait for us to work again in the future so he can take his physique to the next level. Thanks again Jordan🤩🙌
Look at what can be achieved when you simply make self care a priority. No matter what the goal is or the length of time you achieve it in, it is all relative to YOU and nobody else. Our minds will always give us an excuse to not do things that challenge us however there is so much to gain by jumping out of your comfort zone.
