Sam came into Bodystreet Bedford about 6-weeks ago, using a walking stick because her was so bad. She'd not been able to walk without a stick for more than a year before starting our coaching programme. And she could barely walk 100 metres at the time. She tried various treatments, but none had worked. Her ability to do her professional work had suffered. And she felt desperate. But now, barely 6 weeks later, she says she's much more able-bodied and she can already walk 1-mile. Her back felt immediate relief from the very first session and she estimates the pain level has halved. She now feels optimistic because, for the first time in a year, she feels there's a potential way back to normal life.
