Saturday morning session with my client followed by a well needed coffee - 740 calories burnt in a 1 hour workout! 😳πŸ”₯

My client is focusing on fat burning and so I have been integrating a combination of cardio intervals and compound strength exercises into our workouts. This helps my client achieve her fat burning target whilst also building lean muscles and keeping the metabolism going following the session. This is a really effective work out to train and also great at burning a high amount of calories in a short period of time so we can get it done and then get onto rest of our day βœ…
