Merry Christmas to all in the Ahimsa Shala community ❤️

So sorry that I have been so quiet since Spring/Summer, it has been a challenging year for us all , but I have also experienced health complications have really taken their toll on my physical and mental health.

As I being the journey of recovery and healing I will start thinking of a way to start teaching once again, but until then I wish you all love, health and abundance.

I release a new video at 9am on Sunday mornings
When I finally recover from my cold 😅 I may do occasional 30 min flows and guided meditation midweek , and I may also start teaching live Sunday mornings classes 🧘‍♀️

As I know many are struggling financially, Ahimsa Shala online classes are free or optional donation.

(If you have a regular instructor and you are ok financially, I urge you to see if your usual class has moved online, we must support our yoga teachers during this challenging time!!)

Ahimsa Shala is temporarily moving online 😍

Yoga and meditation have never been move vital.

As we navigate this uncertainty it is useful if we can stay in a calm and present state.

When we are calm and relaxed our immunity is strengthened and we are in a better place to make important decisions.

So join me for some relaxing flows that focus on love, trust, self-care, nurturing and acceptance.

I will record a class weekly and release it on our closed group ❤️

If you have attended an Ahimsa Shala class before feel free to join us

If you haven’t attended our classes please contact me directly.

Classes will be on a ‘free or optional donation’ basis with absolutely no obligation - I know these are financially worrying times for us all.

Sunday 15th March Class cancelled.

I am so sorry and Absolutely gutted!

I have laryngitis so can’t speak, plus I have had a cough since Monday so need to self-isolate.
