Saturday saw us look at all manner of grading preparation 😎
First class was some kihon and kumite before bunkai from Meikyo 🪞 💥

Second class, saw all the 🟢, 🟣 and 🟣 ⚪️ pair up with a senior grade and we covered all kihon ippon kumite migi and hidari 👌

Third class was a recap of a majority of the 🟠 syllabus 💪

Last class we went through kihon before finishing with some awareness training 🙏

Amazing effort in all lessons as we approach the home stretch for the grading 🙇🏻‍♂️🥋
