DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness). If you trained hard on Monday after a long break it’s very likely that you’re feeling sore today, DOMS peaks 48hrs after strenuous excercise. This is completely normal and is caused by micro tears in your muscles. Your body will repair the muscles making them stronger and firmer so don’t worry, if you’re feeling sore, you’re getting fitter and stronger. 💪🏼

SLEEP: One of my clients has just told me they had the best nights sleep they’ve had in months last night. This is after just one day of eating well, drinking lots of water and excercising.
