What is Boogie Bounce you ask??🤔
To put it in simple terms is it bouncing on a mini trampoline, with a safety bar, choreographed to chart topping music which has intervals of jumping, bouncing, frogging and stomping to name a few moves. All of this will be guided by myself step by step so you won’t get a foot wrong! You can also develop both upper and lower body strength just as effectively as weight lifting without the strain or threat of pulled or torn muscles.🏋🏻♀️
Boogie Bounce is a great all round, all body workout, that is targeted at working on every muscle within your body (even your face with all the laughing and smiling)! 🤭
Anyone and everyone can do this at their own pace whilst gaining the impressive health results that are normally associated with high impact aerobic classes, without even realising it! 👌🏻

Q - What do I wear?
A - Anything comfortable - comfy leggings, top, non slip socks if you don't want to go barefoot and a GOOD sports bra.
Q - I am worried about my weight - will the trampoline break?
A - Definitely Not!!
BBX trampolines can take up to 25 stone so no-one needs to worry about their weight ❤. This class is for everyone!!!
Q - I am scared I'll wee myself…🚽
A - Meh - it’s unlikely but if you do, you're not alone! Just come prepared! Most likely everyone who's had kids will be in the same boat with this worry… so ‘If in Doubt just Pad it out’, who’s going to know???
Just come enjoy yourself! Boogie Bounce is great for strengthening the pelvic floor muscles -
after a couple months of consistent attendance you'll most likely be chucking the pads away!
Q - I don't want to fall off!!!😩
A - You won't! There is a stability bar for you to hold onto the entire time if you want to and as you become more familiar with the trampoline you can start to adjust the bar and.l before you know it you won't end up needing the bar in a few weeks time.
Q - I'm worried about my joints.. 🤕
A - Don't be! BBX is 100% low impact, you are using the trampoline mats for resistance but there is no impact like there is when you are exercising against the floor - You will strengthen the muscles around the knee and hip joints - The founder of BBX created the programme after she suffered from a knee injury and decided to forgo surgery and use trampolining to reconstruct her knee ligaments.
Q - I'm not fit enough... 😮💨
A - You don't have to be an athlete to bounce! You can bounce to your own level, this is for all ranges of fitness and as you progress you can push yourself. Plus moves are modified to help everyone complete each move to suit them.
I always demonstrate many options for all levels of fitness and as you progress through fitness and confidence of using the trampoline you will put more into the workouts as the weeks go on but there is no right or wrong.
