🥂 What a night to remember! 🧡

The Black Tie Gala in aid of the Motor Neurone Disease Association was everything I hoped it would be, and more.

A room full of wonderful people who showed up, dressed up and gave so generously for a cause that means so much to me.

So far, we’ve raised an incredible £10,026 🧡

Organising this event in memory of my cousin was incredibly personal, and seeing everyone come together to support such an important cause meant more than I can put into words.

Tomorrow evening is our black-tie charity fundraising evening at The Ivy Country Hotel, in aid of the Motor Neurone Disease Association. Whether you're joining us or not, there's still time to be part of it. 🩷

🏆 Four years in a row... I honestly can’t quite believe I’m writing this.

I’m so pleased to share that Absolute Body Conditioning has once again been named Women’s Strength & Wellbeing Innovator of the Year 2026.

To receive this award for the fourth consecutive year is something I’m incredibly grateful for. While awards aren’t why I do what I do, it’s always lovely to have the work you genuinely care about recognised.

A huge thank you to every woman who has trusted me to be part of her journey over the years. Whether you’ve trained with me, attended my classes, recommended me to a friend or supported my business in any way, you’ve all played a part in this.

Helping women become stronger, healthier and more confident is, and always will be, the reason I do what I do.

Thank you for your continued support – it really does mean a lot. 🩷

A lovely email to receive this week… 🩷

I’m incredibly proud to share that Absolute Body Conditioning finished in 2nd place in the Muddy Stilettos Awards 2026 for Best Sports & Fitness Instructor.

Last year, I placed 3rd out of 5 finalists, so to move up to 2nd place this year in a category with 10 finalists feels like a real achievement.

The category was incredibly competitive, and to know that so many people took the time to nominate and vote means more than I can say.

Running a small business isn’t always easy, so this kind of recognition really does make all the hard work worthwhile.

Thank you to every single person who voted, shared my posts, supported my business and cheered me on throughout the awards. I genuinely couldn’t have achieved this without you.

Congratulations to the winner and all the other finalists.

Will it be third time lucky next year? Who knows! For now, I’m incredibly grateful, very proud, and more motivated than ever to continue helping people become stronger, fitter and healthier.
