July is open. And yes, we are running through the summer.

Babies and toddlers are always part of the gang here. If the older ones are off school too, bring them along. There’s plenty of space outside to keep them happy while you do something good for yourself.

PT sessions 💛

The one thing mums always say to me is, “Nat, I want to get back into exercise but I don’t know where to start.”

What’s safe? Can I run? What’s happening with my core and pelvic floor? Am I even ready yet?

It can feel really overwhelming, especially when you’ve just had a baby, gone back to work or life has simply happened and somewhere along the way, you stopped putting yourself first.

My PT sessions are just a chance to have someone in your corner. No pressure, no judgement, just support, movement and a plan that makes sense for where you’re at right now.

Emma wrote this a while back and it still makes me smile every time I read it.

She’s back at work now, but she came in feeling weak after birth and left feeling strong and like herself again. That’s what these classes are for.

New faces, new classes, bumps, babies and women at every stage of the journey. It’s been such a full month and I’ve loved every bit of it.

Some of you are just getting started with us. Some of you are wrapping up maternity leave and heading back to work.

New faces, new classes, bumps, babies and women at every stage of the journey. It’s been such a full month and I’ve loved every bit of it.

Right, so I’m going to be completely honest….
Nobody ever walks into their first class feeling confident. No one! You’re nervous, not sure what to expect and you properly don’t know anyone????

You’ll come in with the baby, the bag, the buggy, the inability to remember what day it is and at some point during class you will turn to me and go “sorry how many reps was that again?” Or the classic “I can’t remember what I’m doing” And d’you know what? So will everyone else in the room. Everyone is nervous, it’s natural, you’ve just had a baby you’re bound to feel all of the above! Not everyone has got their s**t together, no matter what it looks like from the outside 😊

This is a place for you exactly as you are right now. Tired, still figuring it out, maybe not feeling quite like yourself yet. There’s no version of you that isn’t welcome here.

All of it is welcome. Every bit of it.

By just showing up, that’s enough. That’s what I love ❤️

If you’ve been thinking about getting back into a bit of movement after having your baby… this is just a little reminder from one mammy to another . There’s honestly no rush. No pressure. And definitely no need to “bounce back.”

Some days you’ll feel like you’ve got a bit of energy, other days you won’t… and that’s all completely normal. Your body’s been through a lot. Those early weeks and months can feel a bit all over the place, and finding time for yourself isn’t always easy.

I’ve popped together 4 little reminders (was meant to be 5 but you know yourself… meno brain 🤦‍♀️😂) to help you ease back into things in your own time 💛

EASTER 2026 🏔️🍰
Peak District. Hartington. Walked the legs off ourselves, ate my body weight in cake, and soaked up some beautiful scenery. Then home for the Easter family chaos which was wonderful and great to have everyone together.

Anyway. Holidays are lovely but so is having a reason to get out of the house at 9am on a Monday. Back to full timetable this week 🌸
