Keeping things simple 💥🥊🥋
Playing with a Jab into Rear Round Kick setup targeting the kick into the Head, Body or Legs. Also switch hitting between the Orthodox and Southpaw stances so that I’m never caught in the “Wrong” stance just my “Other” stance. ⚔️

C1 - Jab, Leg Kick
C2 - Jab, Body Kick
C3 - Jab, Head Kick
Enjoying the process of gently getting back into some kind of shape. No better way to it than through the martial arts we love.
