These are the moments that remind you you’re becoming someone stronger, clearer and more you.

Choosing yourself could be:

• Setting a boundary when you’d normally stay silent
• Resting without guilt instead of pushing through
• Saying no to something that drains you
• Saying yes to something that lights you up
• Feeding your body well because you deserve to feel good
• Moving your body for clarity, not punishment
• Backing yourself even when it feels new
• Celebrating your progress with treats, rituals, or small gifts - because you’re worth marking the moment

Since going alcohol free, I’ve gained things I never expected:

āœ… I’m not crashing on the couch every night.
I wasn’t tired - I was drinking.

āœ… I’m actually watching films to the end.
Presence feels better than passing out.

āœ… I’m not endlessly snacking at night.
I wasn’t hungry - I was numbing.

āœ… I walk myself to bed on purpose.
A routine, not a collapse.

My evenings feel like mine again.

They’re not big dramatic changes.
They’re the quiet, steady wins that rebuild you from the inside out.

I used to look at before‑and‑now photos for inspiration, never imagining I’d ever have my own to share.

850+ days alcohol free and the biggest change isn’t just in how I look - it’s in who I’ve become. More energy, more joy, more balance, more me.

This is what transformation looks like. Not overnight. Not perfect. Just one choice at a time, stacked until life feels different from the inside out.

My own journey is the foundation of the work I do now. I know what it feels like to want more for yourself - more clarity, more confidence, more ease in your body and mind. I’ve lived the alcohol free shift, the weight changes and the mindset rewiring. And I know how life changing it is when those pieces finally click into place.
