Lots of Garden Yogis classes in Bath this week😁

Really excited for the first Prior Park Saturday 9.30-10.30 class National Trust in Bath - Prior Park, Bath Skyline and Bathampton Meadows - what a great start to the weekend, an hour of yoga by the lake (outdoors!). Every 2nd Sat of the month.

And looking forward to being at Robyn's Yoga Studio (indoors) as guest teacher at this month's Open Mat class on Sunday 14th 10-11.

Regular Tuesday class 9.30-10.30 at Sydney Gardens pavilion (indoors).

Regular Friday class 10-11 at Bath City Farm (outdoors) - we've managed 6 sessions so far without rain, but we've got shelter for 🌦️days!

The weather forecast for Friday morning in Bath is wonderful - so unroll your yoga mat (or ours - there are mats, blocks and blankets to borrow 🙏) and come and join us at Bath City Farm for a feelgood end of week lesson 10-11am.
Beautiful views, friendly class, suitable for all - from beginners to experienced yogis 🧘‍♀️. Hope to see you there! Any questions please drop me a message.
There's also the regular drop-in class at Sydney Gardens community pavilion on Tuesday mornings 9.30-10.30

We've had two lovely Friday morning yoga sessions 🧘‍♂️ looking out over the beautiful city from Bath City Farm .
Hoping for more 🌞 this week, but even if it's more like 🌦️ we'll set up under the pergola and enjoy stretching out, breathing the fresh air, enjoying the views, taking an hour for ourselves at the end of the week. Come along 10-11 and join us!
(and visit the 🐑🐓🌷🫖🧁afterwards too, if you have time!)

🌿 Introducing Garden Yoga Sessions 🌿

We’re so excited to welcome Claire from Garden Yogi, who’ll be guiding relaxed outdoor yoga sessions on Friday mornings throughout May.

These gentle, drop-in classes are designed to help you unwind, stretch, and soak up some fresh air, all at an affordable price. Perfect for all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or just looking for a peaceful way to start your day.

Please note - this is the last of the free classes😞, but these drop-in sessions will continue🙂, just with a £5 per session fee to cover costs, starting from Tuesday 28 April.

Hello yogis 🙏 just a reminder - NO class on Tues 14 April in the Pavilion at Sydney Gardens, back on Tues 21 at 9.30am for the new term.
Looking forward to seeing you there for some more strength and balance work 🧘‍♀️
PS I'm really happy to share that I passed the Yoga Alliance certified 200 hour teacher training course, so am now fully qualified 👩‍🎓

What a fabulous session today - thank you to everyone who came🙏. Such strong legs working to support our back bends, well done!
And if you haven't come to a class yet, we'd love to meet you on the mat - just turn up for 9.30am next Tuesday. Bring your own mat and/or blanket if you have one, but not to worry if you don't - there are spares to borrow.
