Small Group Strength and Conditioning 💪🏼

I am excited to now be offering small group Strength and Conditioning, for young athletes!

Sessions will be planned to build overall strength and agility and prepare the body for the demands of sports.

Sessions can have up to 4 people and are for athletes 12+.

Times and days can be set to a time and day suitable for all involved.

Did you know I offer Sport Specific, Strength and Conditioning for young athletes?

I have been working with Finn for 3 months, building overall strength, alongside power, agility and speed techniques💨

Finn is currently playing for Bristol Rovers and has been working hard to take his training to the next level, before the new season starts💪🏼

❗️Cancellation Policy❗️

I have been holding off doing this for a while, however I will now be taking payments for sessions 48 hours prior to slots, to prevent late cancellations and a loss of earnings.

Being self employed, if there is a late cancellation, it makes it very difficult to fill a slot and this leads to a loss of earnings.

I offer 1:1, 2:1 and small group sessions at Rejuvenate Gym in Bath. It is a private gym, therefore is quieter than commercial gyms which may be beneficial if you are nervous about getting started.
