Happy December everyone!

Hope you're ready for the Christmas tracks 🎄
We've started gradually, but expect a few more this and next week — and don’t forget I would love you to bring your own!

Thurs 11th, 10.30am and 11.20am, Zumba, Combe Grove
⁠Sun 14th, 10.45am, Fitness Yoga, Combe Grove

Mon 29th, 10.30am, Body Balance, Combe Grove

Lots of exciting plans afoot for 2026, too, starting with a couple of dance fitness fiestas ; the only way to spend a Saturday afternoon. These will be Jan 10th and Feb 14th and look set to be the best yet.
