For £80 per month, im offering personalized online coaching and programming tailored specifically for you.
My focus is in strength and conditioning, as well as injury remediation, ensuring that you not only achieve your fitness goals but do so safely and effectively.

Every individual has unique needs and goals. With online coaching, you will receive a customized training program designed specifically for your body type, fitness level, and personal goals. Whether you’re looking to build muscle or rehabilitate an injury, having a tailored approach will help to ensure results.

I specialise in strength and conditioning, which means i understand how to develop your physical performance through proven methods. This allows me to create programs that improve your strength, power and overall physique

Injuries can be a hige setback when you start the gym. My interest lies within injury prevention and rehab techniques so ive studied this religiously. Ill work with you to develop a safe training plan that accommodates any past injuries while helping you strengthen the affected areas.

4. Accountability and Motivation

One of the big benefits of having a PT is the accountability i provide. With regular check-ins and progress assessments, your more likely to stay motivated and committed to your fitness goals.

- Fundamental exercises should be seen as the building blocks for more complex movements in strength training. I emphasise these foundational exercises to ensure clients learn proper techniques before progressing to heavier weights or more “advanced” movements.

- Introducing fundamental exercises allow for gradual progression. This approach minimizes the risk of overtraining or burnout by allowing clients to adapt physically and mentally to new challenges at a manageable pace. It also helps build confidence before tackling more demanding routines

- Starting with fundamental exercises helps clients establish a consistent workout routine while developing healthy habits and which correspond with their goals. As clients become accustomed to their routines, they are more likely to stay engaged with their training programs

- Fundamental exercises allow clients to develop a better mind-muscle connection—an awareness of how muscles work during specific movements. This connection is crucial for maximizing workout effectiveness and achieving desired results over time. Personal trainers guide clients through this process by emphasizing focus on muscle engagement during each exercise.

Availability for Online Coaching and Personal Training

As expected, my schedule has filled up in January; however, I am still available for online coaching and programming but i do only have 3 slots left. This option serves as a cost-effective alternative to face-to-face personal training.

In-Person Session Times

I am still available for one-on-one sessions at our private gym located in Basingstoke town center during the following times:

Wednesdays: 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Fridays: 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Saturdays: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
