CLUB FIT BASINGSTOKE offers the ultimate fitness workout! Get ready to burn calories, drop some sweat and push your body to the limit as you workout to club classics from the 70's, 80's, 90's and today's chart hits. A unique class which is held in the dark, with flashing disco lights and Glow Sticks. All abilities welcome, ages 16+. Spaces are bookable via this page or email [email protected]

o.uk. Classes are payable on the door at £5 per class. Re-usable Glow Sticks can be purchased at the beginning of class for £5 per pair. Please bring plenty of water and wear comfortable sports clothing and footwear. Come along and join our wonderful class!

It's been a while since I posted on here...purely because of the joy of our WhatsApp group, where we share our pain, our suffering and a selection of Gifs confirming just how much we ache days after a class 😆

However, this will be the final ever CLUB FIT Facebook post, as tonight I closed the doors to one of my proudest achievements after 7 years.

You were born from an idea, and you grew into something that I will be forever proud of.

No one can compare to my ladies commitment, loyalty and friendship since day one, and I will be forever grateful for what we have shared, accomplished and created together 💜

We have had so many people be part of our CLUB FIT family these past 7 years, and I hope every single one of you will hold fond memories of the class for many years to come.

It's been the hardest decision, caused so much doubt and tears, but a new chapter awaits and I will put CLUB FIT into a very special place in my heart and keep it there forever.

Thank you to each and every single person who has supported me, my business, and our class these past 7 years.

I love you all.

It's been a while since I posted on here (mainly because we have far more fun sharing our pain on our group WhatsApp each week 😆), but today was a special day, as I was able to welcome my ladies back to the hall where CLUB FIT was born 7 years ago.

We weren't able to return to our home after COVID, and only recently have the hall began welcoming back regular hirers........and today, we were one of them once again.

Despite the many different venues we've been in since we returned after the pandemic, and the amount of times we have been messed about with bookings, and even last minute cancellations, my ladies have followed me wherever I've been able to run the class from. They are the biggest supporters of me and my business, and I truly love each and everyone of them.

We are a team, we are a family, we are CLUB FIT!!!!!

Hi ladies! Hope everyone is well and is having a good week 😊

Just to let you know that I have had to close bookings for this week's class today, due to having a restriction on floor space in the hall because of a college production. I can only fit 18 people in comfortably and safely, and was unable to secure another venue (despite my trying)

If you have paid before this message, then you have a space, but unfortunately if you haven't then I will have to see you next week.

Not a situation I want to be in, but I have to ensure the space I have is used correctly.

How are we all feeling? Hopefully those legs are starting to feel a little less sore now😆

But it's only 2 days to go until our 2nd class of the year, and I have another killer session planned for you. We are going to be working EVERY muscle group, and burning some serious calories in the process.

I have just 2 spaces left for this week's class, so if you haven't booked on and are hoping to join us, please do this asap to avoid disappointment.
