Tied up my last few bits with PIP today. Got a new job starting in January, new challenges and new opportunities. Have thoroughly enjoyed putting this little business together and would like to thank everyone for their support. Whether you came to a session, liked a post or just asked me how it was going I very much appreciate it! Special mention to .mcgarrigle for helping me get started and letting me work out of his awesome gym .performance! I now have the utmost respect for all PT's and other self employed people too, it's a real tough gig and there's so much going on and so many hours going in to be successful, they are all doing amazing!
Have a wonderful Christmas and New year and maybe we'll see some more on here later in 2022.....

First run on the adpated 0-5000 with
And she absolutely smashed it! We missed this morning but hope she is feeling better soon! We're going for an all inclusive approach with gym sessions to top up the running too. Follow their progress over the next few weeks as we aim to hit that 5k before Christmas!

Beginner running sessions start this Saturday (13th November)! If you've been putting off signing up or know someone that has take that brave step today and get in contact! We would love to have you along and start working towards that first 5k!

I have changed the venue for the Thursday night running session to Down Grange. Still at 18:30 but we will meet over by the hockey club house and the walled garden instead.

Welcome to the page for Positive Impact Performance.
We offer Strength and Conditioning coaching for anyone playing sport at any level who wants to improve.
Sessions can be one to one or group training if you want your team mates to join in.
Strength and conditioning sessions involve exercises designed to reduce your risk of injury in your spot whilst also training attributes that will enhance your performance.
Regular running groups for all abilities also meet weekly under the guidance of a qualified coach.
