Week 13 ✅✨🫶🏻

What an up and down week but we got through it and hit a new low weight 💪🏼🤩✨

Cannot believe how quickly this next shoot has rolled around! And we’re now into peak week! 🙌🏻🤩

Yoghurt bowls, smoothie bowls and ninja creami protein ice cream have been fuelling me this week! 🤤

This weekend was wild, I Was very spontaneous this week and got 2 little fine line tattoos that mean a lot to me ❤️, I played padel for the first time and also had a little bump in my car! But around it all, all boxes were ticked and were moving into peak week feeling really good! ✌🏻

Super excited for this final push and the photo shoot! 😁💖

Week 8 prep 2 ✅ 📸💁🏼‍♀️✨

This week was such a good week! 🤩 and also the week I got obsessed with Diet Coke…!👀🤣

Hit a new low weight, things felt good and I’m really starting to see the progress! 😁💪🏼

Hit all targets for this week, steps cardio and sessions ✅💪🏼

I spent more time this week doing things for myself so spent time doing some baking, a paint by numbers, tried new recipes (fish and chips! It was UNREAL!) and even got my make up done by my amazingly talented friend 🥹💖🫶🏻

Overall a wholesome week and looking after my mental health and pouring into my own cup helped me stay on plan even more! 🙌🏻✨

And I’m excited to push through this week, the count down is on!! 😁💪🏼
