If you’re busy with work, relationships, social plans, family and everything else life throws at you, you don’t need to suddenly make fitness your entire personality. To see results! 🫶🏻✨
But you DO need to find a way to make it a priority.
✨ Stop comparing.
Just because someone else trains 5x a week, gets 15k steps every day and meal preps everyday doesn’t mean YOU need to. Their life isn’t your life.
✨ Learn to be flexible.
You won’t tick every box every single day — and that’s okay. One missed workout or busy weekend doesn’t undo your progress. Consistency over time matters far more than perfection.
✨ Accept that something has to change.
This one might be uncomfortable… but what you’re doing now has contributed to where you are now!
And if you want a different result, something has to change.
Maybe that means sacrificing an hour of scrolling for a workout, preparing lunch instead of buying it, or saying no to something occasionally! 🙌🏻
If nothing changes, nothing changes 🤷🏼♀️
✨ PREPARE & PLAN.
Fail to prepare, prepare to fail.
Planning your workouts, meals and week ahead, can save SO much time and remove the decision fatigue that hits after a long day.
This is exactly why all of my clients have a different plan. As they all need something that works for them!
Because the “best” plan is the one that actually works around YOUR life and that you can consistently follow.
Being busy doesn’t mean you can’t make progress! 🙅🏼♀️
But sometimes we do have to be honest with ourselves about whether we genuinely have no time… or whether we haven’t made our goals a priority yet.
There is nearly ALWAYS something you can do to move yourself one step closer! 🫶🏼
You don’t need to do everything.
You just need to find what works for you!✨
If you’re a busy woman who wants results without your whole life revolving around fitness, my coaching is built around exactly that. DM me “COACHING” and let’s chat!💌
