With effort and dedication wonderful things can happen. Start training with us today and discover how to:

Change how you move. Learn to move with a lightness, grace and poise, by correcting your structure, increasing flexibility, strength and body awareness. Help alleviate some of those aches and pains. Learn how to set goals. Changing anything about yourself in a positive way takes time and there can be some discomfort as your body and mind adapts to the changes, but with expert instruction and achievable goals anything is possible. Discover the techniques used by the masters and our champions. Get our free goal setting resources here. Change how you think. Developing a strong, flexible mind is key, neuroscientific research suggests that the brains structure can alter as a result of experience. This can be achieved through the meditations both moving and static, found in our Kung Fu and Tai Chi. Create mental lightness and clarity. It's the hope that no one ever needs to use it, but having the confidence to deal with conflict verbally or physically is one less thing to worry about. Breathing correctly, the powerful life-hack. You can last over 3 weeks without food, 3 days without water, but only minutes without air! And yet few people put any effort into learning how to breathe efficiently or realise how the breath can be a powerful tool to create calm and even has the ability to affect your psychology and physiology. Take some control back. Science has given us so much, we're living longer, healthier lives. But the NHS is struggling to cope and the responsibility for our physical and mental health is being pushed back on the individual. We can teach you how to use methods ancient and new so that you can take back some control over your health. Check out these links to the NHS and what the Harvard medical school have to say about Tai Chi. Go to our respective pages for more of the benefits of our training. We teach the following disciplines in Basildon, Essex

SHAOLIN MIZONG KUNG FU (for children and adults)

Repeated practice of the solo routine is said to retrain posture, encourage circulation throughout the students' bodies, maintain flexibility through their joints, and further familiarize students with the martial application sequences

Mizong quan/ yanqing quan application and strategy

These movements are a good example of the line in the Mizong poem:

"Arch the hands in a circle as the legs advance".

In Mizong we step and offline while using defence and attack, the arms circle and cover, closing and opening doors as the feet move us offline so that we are able to attack from a completely different angle from where we started.

Governed by the waist, the hands and feet are coordinated but independent so that our footwork becomes hidden in our movements.

This is why it was known by some as lost track boxing.
