Rhoose Bowls Club Rhoose Bowls Club was founded in 1990. The club has a well-maintained artificial green, a licensed bar and a good-sized public car park adjoining the club.

We warmly welcome new members at any time during the year, both playing and social.

Rhoose Bowls Club traveled to Millwood on a alleged summer evening. All four rinks were close up into 10 ends with RBC up in three. But our ability to sn**ch defeat from the jaws of victory was in fine form.

RBC hit the road again we travelled to Merthyr to take on Thomastown in our first Private Greens away fixture. The home side were to strong for us on an excellent green on a very warm day. Nice to meet you clubs good chat and good host's but just a tough day at the office.

RBC travelled to Bridgend in the Carruthers Shield on a very hot day with the green in excellent condition. The hosts we're to strong for us to but a good effort from RBC.

Well done Rhoose bowls ladies, a good win Tuesday against Pencoed. Rink 2 Bruni,Ros,Carol and Helen had a great start but by end 10 the visitors were getting the hang of it and were drawing at 9 each. Our girls made a valiant effort and finished at 13 to 12. Rink 4 was a different story with Janella, Judith,Rita and Anita. The visitors were matching us up to end 6 then we picked up a 4 and end 10 we picked up a 6. Finishing with 21 v 10. It was a very friendly game and the weather was kind to us as within 10 minutes of ending the games the heavens opened. Well done ladies 👏👏👏

Rhoose Bowls Club welcomed Windsor in the Munro Cup. Both sides have had a reasonable start to the campaign sitting in mid table. A close encounter overall Rhoose winning 3 rinks to 1 to continue our good form.

Fair play to Barry Central they played well and deserved their victory as Rhoose had been in fine form over the previous week's.

Rhoose next fixture is Saturday 16th home in the Carruthers cup against Ogmore Vale 2.30 start.
