RBC entertained Bridgend Municipal on a wet sunny windy day in this league 8 fixture both clubs having adapted well in their first year.

Both sides evenly matched as the score reflects with Rhoose winning big on one rink to secure the result.

Game was played in great spirits and we look forward to next season's games against a well run club very good set at Bridgend Municipal. Good luck what remains of the season and your internal fixture's.

RBC travelled up the valley to face Penygraig on a beautiful day.

The hosts already promoted didn't take their foot of the gas and where comfortable winners taken all points.

Never the less good bunch of boys and a good day regardless good luck next season and hopefully we'll catch you up in a few years it's been a tough first year in Private Greens but it good to challenge yourself only way to improve.

RBC welcomed Dinas Powis A in a league 8 fixture. Weather was warm and the green slick the conditions were perfect.

A great game plyer in a friendly atmosphere but RBC coming out on top. This was a great result for RBC to complete the double but the sides will meet again next season. Only two fixture to go next fixture Penygraig away. 2-30 start.

RBC V BARRY ATHLETIC A

Our latest fixture was played in Baltic conditions as the Rhoose wind didn't let up the conditions playing very difficult.

Always a challenge when we play Barry Athletic but with home advantage prevailed and secured a narrow victory with 2 rinks a piece by 8 points

This year's Munro Cup has been a great success for RBC with one game to go to finish in the top half with some notable victories particularly on the road progress has been solid and a foundation set for next season.

As always good chat on and off the green with Barry Athletic good luck for the rest of the season and we'll see you next year.

RBC welcome the return fixture with Caerphilly Social on a beautiful afternoon with great atmosphere on the green.

RBC have had a few weeks to get used to the new mat and had a flyer on all four rinks to take maximum points against a spirited opposition
We look forward to seeing Caerphilly Social next year league 8 being tough to get promotion due to the quality of the teams involved but we go again

Rhoose Bowls Club were on the road again to Penarth on a lovely evening against our good friends from Bell Vue.

This year RBC have performed well on grass with some notable victories and in good form were too strong for Bell Vue on all rinks. The green was in reasonable condition considering the weather we have had.

The game was played in great spirits with plenty of chat good luck to Bell Vue for the rest of the season we'll see you next year on the mat

Join Rhoose Bowls Club – Everyone Welcome!

Rhoose Bowls Club has recently invested in an internationally accredited playing surface, making it one of the finest greens in the area.

Our membership has grown steadily over the last few years, but we're always looking to welcome new players.

If you're looking for a new hobby, want to meet new friends, and enjoy being part of a friendly community, why not give bowls a try? Don't be fooled into thinking it's just a leisurely roll-up – the game is highly competitive, with plenty of league matches, cup competitions, and opportunities to challenge yourself.

We also host social events, internal competitions, and a winter league to help you keep your skills sharp ready for the new season.

RBC visited Cadoxton Bowls Club in the wonderful Victoria Park for a Munro Cup clash. The atmosphere on the rink very hot and friendly with a very enjoyable evening.

Cadoxton got the upper hand on two rinks RBC on one however a close game on the remaining rink RBC dropping a Seven but Cadoxton coming back to draw the rink.

A good night plenty of chat and no vehicle's were lost. Good luck to Cadoxton on their win and for the rest of the season.

Rhoose Bowls Club welcomed Penygraig at Celtic park in Private Greens on a glorious Saturday afternoon.

It's been good for RBC to play against good opposition on a regular basis and the experience can only have a positive effect in the club.

Penygraig proved to be to strong on the day with some solid performances all round the score reflected how competitive the rinks were with PK Williams securing RBC 2 points.

The game being played in good spirits Penygraig are in a good position to be promoted this year good luck for the remainder of the season.
