Key Holding and Alarm Response Within the Security Industry there has been a huge increase in demands for attendance of any Alarm Activation prior to police attendance. Alarm Response Personnel Duties • Guaranteed rapid response • Should an alarm activation or incident occur we would continue to monitor the premises until full security has been restored. • Response to any alarm activation or call 24 hours a day • Completion of logs and reports • All officers are in constant touch with our fully manned control room 24 hours a day. No more late night call outs for our customers, this service is already used by a lot of our customers that like the advantages of this service to Maximise Security and Minimise Cost. Mobile Patrol Making themselves very high profile, our mobile officers carry out irregular visits throughout the day or night, ensuring they vary their patrols so they remain in full control and remain alert. Site visits are patrols by foot ensuring all access points, windows, gates and premises are checked and secure. Our mobile officers can also be used as a backup during intimidating times of the day or night. Our mobile officers are in constant contact with our fully manned control room. Their duties will include • Checking all access points and patrolling site • Maintaining logs and reports • Checking perimeter fences for defects • Use of clocking devices recording patrol times All our security personnel are selected and trained by us to ensure the highest possible standards. Static and Patrol Security Officers Their Role: • To provide a visual deterrent • To provide protection of property and premises • Prevention of loss or damage • Prevention of crime Their duties will include: • Covering access via reception or other means • Patrolling premises or site • Controlling keys, parking and fire marshalling • Ensuring security of windows, doors and gates • Regular contact with our fully manned control room • Maintaining logs, report writing, operating and monitoring CCTV Systems. Door Supervisors Their Role: • To control access and egress • To provide protection of property and premises • Prevention of loss or damage • Prevention of crime • To intervene in conflict All our personnel both male and female are selected and trained to the very highest standards by our company. We also insist they are alert, responsible and decisive, fully uniformed and of excellent appearance, giving you total confidence in your security requirements. At Pearce Bentley all our personnel are trained to Appointed Person Level 2 First Aid; this gives the added flexibility of our personnel undertaking the role of your appointed person.
