On behalf of the Walney Tigers Girls we would like to offer our sincere condolences to Graham Shaw, and his family and to all who new him. Absolute legend to Rugby League especially to Hindpool Tigers ARLFC. He was Hindpool and rugby through though. He gave so much of his time to coach, mentor and encourage kids to play the game we all love. He also started the 1st Girls rugby team at Hindpool and although our current u10s team is combined we will play with Pride, determination and do him proud whenever we set foot on the field. Rest easy Shawy until we meet again 🧡🖤/❤️🤍💙

What a day for the Girls. Absolutely fantastic effort from each and everyone of them. Bit slow out the blocks to start with but they soon switched on. Everyone of them played their part today. Played 4 games won 3 drawn 1, which took them into the final against Ince Rose Bridge and rounded the day off with another win. 3 very proud coaches today well done girls 🏉❤️🤍💙🧡🖤🏉
