OPEN PLAY IS BACK!!!!

Every Thursday 1-2pm

NO BOOKING REQUIRED

This session is open to toddlers from walking up to age 3 and is a free play, unstructured session, intended to allow girls to play and explore the environment before they progress onto our parent & child class at age 3 (approx).
Sessions cost £7.50 for the hour, full parental supervision is required.
Come along this Thursday for a taster session to see if you’d like to secure a place, cash on the door.

It’s almost time to welcome our gymnasts back into gym for the Autumn term!!!

We can’t wait to see everyone, please remember that as Monday is a Bank Holiday, classes begin again from Tuesday 1st September.

Remember to bring in your holiday handstand photos for our world map too! Just write your name and location on the back and our front of house volunteers will add you to the holiday board 😍

BRITISH GYMNASTICS CHAMPIONSHIPS 2027

A group booking has been made for next year's British Gymnastics Championships in Liverpool for MEMBERS OF FURNESS GYMNASTICS CLUB, if you would like tickets please comment on this post ASAP, stating the number of tickets required and if seats on the coach are required (By Monday 24th August)

Saturday 20th March 2027
Approx cost of tickets per adult is £65 and £35 per child. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Seats on the coach will be an additional cost and will depend on number of people using the coach.

This is fabulous day trip for your gymnast 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️

Summer Workshops ✅ Complete!!

We’d like to say a huge thank you to every gymnast that has attended our summer workshops this year, it’s been so much fun!

We’re closed now for a well earned rest so won’t be responding to any emails or messages until 1st September when we re-open for the Autumn Term - see you all soon!!!

!!LAST CHANCE TO BOOK!!

Our final workshops of the summer are happening on Wednesday 19th August!!

9am-12noon - All-round recreational gymnastics. SPACES AVAILABLE

This session is great for non-members or those on the waiting list as well as existing gymnasts! The perfect taster class, with the opportunity to work on floor, bars, beam and vault, make some new friends and have plenty of fun whilst doing it. Members will be able to refresh existing skills ready to build on them once classes return in September, and even try out some new progressions depending on ability level.

1pm-4pm - Strength & Flexibility LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE

An afternoon of team games, fitness and cardio challenges, flexibility exercises and strength building - great for members, non-members and squad members alike!

All our sessions are adapted to the ability level of the gymnasts that attend on the day, so are suitable for absolute beginners as well as those with more experience.
