Monday Buggy Bootcamp Spaces Are LIVE ‼️
So excited to start this class! Not only am I now a mum myself, but I’ve trained mums pre and postnatally for the last 5 years and watching these women has always been so inspiring! The busiest women on the planet, yet still making time for their health 🫶
This class is perfect for those mamas wanting to train with their babas by their side, whether you’re on maternity leave, or struggling for childcare or just wanting to exercise without losing valuable time with your baba, this is your class 🥰
We will focus on strengthening our deep core muscles, our pelvic floor, alongside a full body strength and conditioning focus, helping to increase overall fitness and confidence 📈
The only condition is that you need to have had your 6 week GP medical check before you attend ✔️
There are only 15 spaces for this class- 8 spaces have now gone! So please make sure to get booked on 🙏
We will be working in 6 week blocks and I will definitely look at adding more classes if the demand is there 💪
