Monday Buggy Bootcamp Spaces Are LIVE ‼️

So excited to start this class! Not only am I now a mum myself, but I’ve trained mums pre and postnatally for the last 5 years and watching these women has always been so inspiring! The busiest women on the planet, yet still making time for their health 🫶

This class is perfect for those mamas wanting to train with their babas by their side, whether you’re on maternity leave, or struggling for childcare or just wanting to exercise without losing valuable time with your baba, this is your class 🥰

We will focus on strengthening our deep core muscles, our pelvic floor, alongside a full body strength and conditioning focus, helping to increase overall fitness and confidence 📈

The only condition is that you need to have had your 6 week GP medical check before you attend ✔️

There are only 15 spaces for this class- 8 spaces have now gone! So please make sure to get booked on 🙏

We will be working in 6 week blocks and I will definitely look at adding more classes if the demand is there 💪

Being outdoors makes me happy 🌸

Last weekends jog (if I can still call it that 😂) at 37 + 2 weeks pregnant! 🤰

Mary’s progress 😍😍

Mary is 72 years old, proving that it’s never too late to work on your health and fitness. Not only has she dropped over 50 cm of body fat, but she’s improved her strength, mobility, cardio, and energy levels! This is just the start! 📈

We slowly upped her daily step goal until she went from averaging 1,000 to 2,000 a day to over 7,000 a day 🚶‍♀️

We built her workouts up from 1 a week to 3 a week, prioritising resistance training and ensuring we were focusing on strengthening any weaker areas💪

We’ve consistently worked on her food habits 🍗🥬🍌🥜🍎🥕🥙

She now prioritises her tailored protein goal, as well as her fibre goal. We ensure she consumes a well-balanced diet, but we also make sure it isn’t overly restrictive.
During these 22 weeks, she’s still enjoyed weekends away, Christmas, & social occasions! All while still making fab progress towards her lifestyle goals.

Could not be prouder!! ♥️

First jog of the 3rd trimester 🏃‍♀️ Officially running with a lil 3 pound baba! May not sound like a lot, but when he’s sitting on your bladder, it feels much heavier 😂

I’ll always be a strength girly over a cardio girly, give me heavy deadlifts any day! 💪 But I have really enjoyed my weekend little jogs, especially on the days the ☀️ makes an appearance!

Can’t believe we are into the final couple of months!👀

This week has actually been my lowest training week yet. Since Monday, I’ve only got one strength workout in and one jog. But it’s been a super busy week and I listened to my body and prioritised some extra rest days. Feeling much better for it🫶

My top tip for both fat loss AND muscle tone ‼️

Aim to have at least 30g of protein in your breakfast 💪

Protein is key to helping you build and repair your muscles, giving you that ‘toned’ and strong
look- it also helps speed up the fat loss process. Eating food that contains a good level of protein, helps to keep you feeling full for longer, meaning less snacking on things that are more calorie dense!

Eating a good amount of protein first thing ensures you’re kept full until lunch time and helps you spread your intake out throughout the day, rather than cramming it all in with your evening meal.

Some of my favourite high protein breakfasts include…

1️⃣Porridge made with milk (or dairy free alternative), topped with berries, cinnamon, chia, flax and,
pumpkin seeds. I usually add a scoop of protein powder to mine for extra flavour (chocolate orange optimum nutrition 😋) and for even extra protein!
2️⃣Scrambled eggs (mixed with 30g cheese) served with wholegrain toast and spinach.
3️⃣Greek yoghurt topped with mixed berries, chia seeds, pumpkin & sunflower seeds, cinnamon and a sliced banana.

5 years of Jazz Grace PT 🥹💪🥰🤍

The toughest year yet. But very grateful I have such loyal clients who stuck with me through some rough times 🫶

Entering an exciting year for me and my little business 🤰 The plan is to work for as long as I can and then have some time off to enjoy my little family bubble. After 8 weeks off, I’ll be back to launch Summer Thrive and some 1-1 online coaching 🚀

Got a few gals with big goals this year, 3 getting married, 3 entering ATHX in October and many others just trying to become happier and healthier versions! So you best believe that all programmes will be prepared in advance for when I’m off 📈

Danielle's progress 😍😍

Danielle started 1-1 PT with me at the start of 2024. The original goal was to get her feeling fitter and more confident. But she didn't stop there...

She's become one of my strongest clients, squatting 90kg+, pressing 35kg, hip thrusting well over 100kg, and deadlifting over 80kg! The muscle she has built has been insane!

Alongside this, she's lost over 80cms of body fat.
30cms of that is just from her waist and hips 📉📉
She's still been able to enjoy holidays, weekends away, meals out, and social occasions!
She has two weeks left of this final cut, before we reverse to maintenance for the festive period 🎄

Joining the team on the photoshoot was something old Danielle would never have even considered! But this Danielle is strong, confident, powerful and even though she was nervous, she was GLOWING. She knows she's worked hard, she's committed to her programme, shown up on the toughest of days and got it done.
She attends both of my weekly classes, alongside her PT and a pilates class 💪

When Danielle first joined PT, she said 'I just don't like exercise and I never will'...

I think it took me two sessions to get her to fall in love with strength training and she never looked back! That feeling of being strong is unmatched. Even on the hard days when she doesn't want to be there, she always leaves smiling! 💪💗
