Bootcamp is a 1 hour session designed for people of all abilities, all exercises can be altered to fit your needs. It has limited availability so has a private feel to it.

Bootcamp will be restarting Jan 23rd! It will go back to its normal schedule of every Tuesday 18:30 at Reconfigure Sports Therapy Yelland quay.
