Some Sunday morning inspo...

This morning I really didn't want to go running, everything inside of me was saying no but I had to push away them thoughts and go ahead anyway as I know it's needed to keep fit and healthy. I didn't go far but I went.... It's not about how much you do it's the saying yes part that matters. Say yes even when your flesh is doing everything in its power to stop you 🙏🚶🏼‍♀️‍➡️🚶🏻‍➡️

We have been getting in our walks/runs... Recent places we have been are Langsett Reservoir, cannon Hall Country Park, and we also had some of us running the Barnsley 10k this year 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏾‍♂️🏃🏿🙌

👏 This is true! Parkruns are brill, any fitness level is welcomed

"Saturday morning parkruns are such a highlight of the week.

"I have walked at many parkruns and never once been made to feel out of place. Everyone is always so friendly and encouraging.

"Its a great way to meet new people and get out in the fresh air at lots of interesting places.

"Not everyone is a runner for many different reasons and some disabilities are not visible, but no-one questions why you aren't running at parkrun."
