Push day today but had some time so chucked in this front delt raise. Lowered the weight when I could feel my back starting to take over. Felt strong today after a fantastic massage last night at BB Active Recovery. in mapplewell. Highly recommended

Eating the right food is so important πŸ’ͺ🏻 this is my post run meal. Protein flatbread with beautiful fresh farm eggs from my pal , fillet steak and cucumber, with a protein shake containing almond milk, fruit, protein powder, creatine, greens and flaxseed.

First 10k for a very long time, set off to do 4 mile felt ok decided to do 5 miles took a wrong turn and ran up a massive hill before I realized, which pretty much killed me off. Then my watch lost connection and I didn’t notice for about 1km so ended up running even further so I had the official evidence. Right calf and left knee are not feeling great but my ego is! Now to see how I recover starting with some food 🍳

Been really struggling with a bad back for a couple of months so this is only my 3 time back deadlifting, managed to hit 85kg this morning which is nearly back to my pb l. My back is not 100% so trying to be careful but mega happy with this πŸ’ͺ🏻
