A full day of eats 🥘

I don’t usually track my daily macros as I know I can eat what I need intuitively, but I did today for the sake of the post!
I also had a subway cookie 😋
This day went over my maintenance and it was WELL needed. If anything this is proof not to be scared of food, you’ve got to work with it and use it to fuel you.
If you want a big bum, strong legs, or a defined back, you’ve got to get your protein in and not be scared of eating more than once a day!!
