What a tournament these have had today
🔵Our Super Blues 🔵
Winning the group , with 4 wins and 2 draws
Only conceding 1 all day , but then unfortunately losing out on penalties in the semi final.
We are so proud of the team , played fantastic today !
Our last summer tournament before the season starts next week . Overall a good summer , winning 2 tournaments and narrowly losing on penalties in the semis in the other 3.

🔵On Sunday our super blues played Thorncliffe blues in a friendly 🔵
It was an end to end game played in the right way with both teams trying to play passing football, the game could have gone either way but it wasn’t our day, the team are still learning & growing together plenty of positives to take from the game.
Well done to Freddie for being awarded the managers player of the match showing improvement every week & to Ross for the parents player of the match with 4 well taken goals and was a constant threat all game.

Yesterday our super blues played
Pogmoor Blacks 🔵🌑
Was a great friendly match , with some fantastic football played 💪🏼.
Credit to both teams 👏
They made us work hard and put us under pressure all through the game.
First time all summer we have had all 8 of our players together which was nice , working as a team and getting ready for the new season.

Parents player went to one of our new summer signings Eldon who had his best game in a Redfearns shirt.

Managers player went to Lenny for an assured performance throughout showing his hard work is paying off, even having 20 minutes as goalkeeper making a few really good saves.

Special mention to another of our new summer signings Vivienne who scored 4 fantastic goals and had it not been for Pogmoors keeper who was outstanding on the day she could have had a few more.

On Saturday we played in the Dodworth tournament we weren’t at our best and unfortunately lost on penalties in the semi final nevertheless we all enjoyed the day⚽️ ☀️ .
A well organised tournament with all games played in good spirits.
