Today our drills were mainly focused around continuous exercising / covering 50mins;
- 1οΈβ£ - hill shuttles & exercise pyramid
- 2οΈβ£ - loop jogging x2
- 3οΈβ£ - grass shuttles & fixed exercises
β¦.and an ab blast to finish off!!!
