What kills my motivation in the morning?
Doom-scrolling on my phone. 📱
Does anyone else do this and suddenly realise two hours have disappeared just lying there scrolling?
In that time, we could have gone for a 45-minute walk and given ourselves so many benefits to boost our mood, energy, and mindset for the day ahead.
It really makes you think about how we’re setting ourselves up each morning.
