Bettalives is about promoting individual independence whilst learning new skills, gaining confidence, forming friendships and creating a real sense of community

To start the week we had a lovely afternoon of food and dancing at the Boatmans rest. We have been practising hard for our show and then a game of golf and an afternoon of dancing at East Dene to finish the week off.

WOW one of the most exhausting activities we have ever done!! Hands up to all our adults who smashed the bike ride at Rothervalley!! We laughed, we moaned (mainly the staff) we ended up off roading but we made it to the end in one piece. One lesson we did learn is always choose the electric option. 🚲🥵
