My stunning aussie girl 😍😍👏🏼

Abby came to me wanting to a drop a little body fat, tone and tighten up, feel herself, know how to nourish her body well and be ✨THAT✨gal

she wanted to achieve this .. but still just enjoy life, being a young girl and socialising 🤌🏼

Through this, we also had 3 weeks of Bali where we maintained too!

However it wasn’t just this, but also work with and understand her IBS more to see what foods digest better for her for us to manage her digestive stress 👏🏼 🧬

Gut health alongside your hormonal health is sooo important .. it will effect your end physique result! 🩸

Alongside, sometimes having to make some adjustments through her cycle to keep consistency even when that TOMonth comes 🥲

We pushed a glute focused training split, alongside adjusting food and expenditure over time to keep a deficit going to achieve more definition that she wanted whilst still enjoying a lifestyle outside of it

Body fat down, quads more prompt as we can see .. whilst enjoying the process throughout (even with some tough times in her life .. she still gave it her all!)

Now, go enjoy Bali my honeyyy before moving to the UK 🧚🏼‍♀️🍯

Body recomp + strengthened food relationships complete ☁️💜

Having previously having a lower relationship with food, getting this into the correct place was first and foremost the most important aspect .. alongside then supporting her aesthetic goals without wanting anything drastic or unhealthy⏳

She wanted to feel and look and her her MOST confident self .. PLUS be that gurlll who trains, nourishes her body and has a goal 🫶🏼

… we’ve gone from home workouts to now BOSSING the gym with confidence by gradually building her confidence up 😍👏🏼

This is such an amazing feeling when the gym is just part of your routine .. and you actually enjoy it as you ✨know✨ exactly what you’re doing 🩷

Training analysis she sends me to review so we know training is heading where we want it to be!

We are now undergoing a reverse diet to start and build some muscle tissue .. which is always excitingg 🤩🍑

Proud coach 👏🏼 She never misses a check in, and gets the work done week on week ☺️🤍

Have you been training for years on end,

You always “go to the gym”

Yet you are still unhappy?

Don’t get me wrong, the gym is NOT just for aesthetics 

There is so much that comes from the gym to add to your health - physical and mental

However, if you do have a physical goal

Which you haven’t achieved for the past 4 years you have gone to the gym

Then something needs to change

Are you actually still enjoying the gym?

Do you feel like you’re just going because you’re scared of what will happen if you DIDN’T go, when you are already struggling with getting any results?

So, the 6 week shred you do each year is due again

The one you do every year

But, the type of 6 week shred that doesn’t teach you anything long term,

And instead just has you drop some weight, kill yourself off each year for that stint

and then, you’re back again as you’ve rebound

Do you genuinely want to keep doing that for the rest of your life?

When you are learning nothing?

Some people will keep doing them as it’s a cheap fix But, good luck seeing that as something long term ..

As trust me, the results you are wanting will not happen by that little shred each year - or why would the people you look up to not just do that each year instead of actually having a training and nutritional routine they do everyday 🤷🏼‍♀️

This girl is currently living her life in ibiza this week … but whilst she’s parting away (not jel at all🥲) i’ve been meaning to post and share this on the grid for a few weeks 😍🫶🏼🍑

Beth not only wanted to grow her glutes and overall muscle mass, but she wanted to be healthy

She wanted to know what and how to eat ..

Stop skipping meals ..

Have higher energy ..

Get into a proper training routine ..

Feel strong ..

But also strengthen her mentality too and become ✨that girl✨

This can be so hard to do, it really can and it just goes to show what investing time, money and some self LOVE has, and is doing for her as she is genuinely like a new woman 👏🏼🤍

So, what did we do?

👉🏼 A big emphasis was weekends, and wor within them when busy - this has been one of the biggest thing we’ve had to work on and we are getting better and better 👏🏼

👉🏼 Created a tailored nutrition plan to slowly increase food up for healthy weigh gain, plus get her health to a much better place and really nourishing her body .. whilst making it realistic to her lifestyle as a busy nail tech

👉🏼 Understanding her cycle more and how her hunger / motivation / strength changes throughout

👉🏼 A glute focused training split, targeting glutes 3x week whilst making sure she recovered well between … plus form clips for me to review her training form + intensity

👉🏼 Working on mentality around not allowing emotions to result in changes to food ie skipping meals

But for now Beth, get that bum out proud in your bikini and we’ll catch up when you’re back to keep this growth going 🤣👏🏼🤍

Haven’t done of these in a while 😇 but just a little foodie inspo for you 🫶🏼

Currently in a deficit pushing fat loss, whilst ensuring to nourish my body ..

look after my gut health ..

alongside of course keep my hormonal health happy .. especially when dieting this is key for me due to being prone to losing my cycle if my body is too stressed 🤍

- sourdough | egg | avocado | pomegranate seeds

- thin bagel | peanut butter | jam - pre training

- pasta | tuna | pesto | broccoli

- 85% dark choc | peppermint tea with honey (no pic)

- ciabatta | chicken breast | avocado | white potato | greens

- greek style soy yog | tinned peach | peanut butter | dark choc | honey

Meal plans shouldn’t be boring .. or impossible to make swaps within - if you haven’t been given the knowledge on how to do that

or .. you’re expected to eat chicken and rice multiple times a day

then it’s time to reflect and see what needs to change 👏🏼✨
