Abby came to me wanting to a drop a little body fat, tone and tighten up, feel herself, know how to nourish her body well and be ✨THAT✨gal
she wanted to achieve this .. but still just enjoy life, being a young girl and socialising 🤌🏼
Through this, we also had 3 weeks of Bali where we maintained too!
However it wasn’t just this, but also work with and understand her IBS more to see what foods digest better for her for us to manage her digestive stress 👏🏼 🧬
Gut health alongside your hormonal health is sooo important .. it will effect your end physique result! 🩸
Alongside, sometimes having to make some adjustments through her cycle to keep consistency even when that TOMonth comes 🥲
We pushed a glute focused training split, alongside adjusting food and expenditure over time to keep a deficit going to achieve more definition that she wanted whilst still enjoying a lifestyle outside of it
Body fat down, quads more prompt as we can see .. whilst enjoying the process throughout (even with some tough times in her life .. she still gave it her all!)
