WOW! 15 ladies walked through the doors yesterday to my classes! 6 of which were for the first time!!! :D the busiest class yet for me and you all absoloutley smashed it out of the park and brought your A game!!!! Super proud instructor. What a gorgeous bunch of people and a lovely warm environment Don't run the risk of FOMO, come and join us next Wednesday and every one after for a good old stretch and boogie! 🥰

FROM 20th MAY 2026 WE WILL BE MOVING TO A NEW VENUE

Due to unforeseen circumstances we are having to change our base for classes which means Armthorpe we are coming for you! 🥰

Never tried us before, now is the perfect chance to give it a try as we start fresh in a new venue. Classes will remain the same day with the addition of our stretch class making a come back.

Every Wednesday

730 til 830 Chair Dance
