What Why How - Horse & Rider Biomechanics Times are a-changing... And so is how you learn to keep your horse in good shape for the task you choose. Thank you all and let's continue the learning!

I have studied a way of approaching dressage or training for soundness , which honors the the horse’s mind, body, and spirit equally. A way of learning to ride which empowers the rider with the tools to understand the WHY, the WHAT, and the HOW!. Imagine a formula 1 team not only are you the driver (rider) you need to become the engineer of the 'formula 1 car' (your horse), the engineer teaches yo

u to see the problems from the horse's point of view or its natural asymmetry. Having this knowledge will help you troubleshoot & formulate a better understanding of how the horse moves and what we may be able to do to help them move correctly on & off the horse. My approach is based on science and nature, the horse & rider biomechanics need to work together to create harmony, as you can't have one without the other!
