Exciting Improvements at Redbridge Sports & Leisure
We've been busy investing in Redbridge Sports & Leisure, with new facilities already open and more exciting improvements on the way.
✅ New Wellness Studio
Our dedicated Wellness Studio is now open, providing a welcoming space for wellbeing-focused classes and activities.
✅ Refurbished Spinning Studio
Our Spinning Studio has received a complete makeover, including brand-new Technogym bikes. Classes for both studios can be viewed and booked through the RSL Mobile App under Gym & Fitness.
✅ Digital Improvements
We're upgrading our Gladstone membership and booking systems, making it easier to join, book activities and manage your membership.
🎾 Coming Soon: Padel at RSL
Three brand-new padel courts are currently under construction in partnership with Padel United UK.
When they open later this year, players can look forward to court bookings through Playtomic, coaching, social sessions, leagues, competitions and more.
Existing RSL members will also be able to add a dedicated Padel Membership, offering discounts of up to 50% on court bookings, coaching and organised activities.
🔨 Men's Changing Rooms Refurbishment
From 1 September, work begins on a complete refurbishment of the Norman Booth Men's Changing Rooms, expected to take approximately six weeks.
During the works, male customers can use the Tennis Changing Rooms, including temporary Health Suite access, or shower facilities in the Jean Brown Indoor Arena.
🕗 Extended Weekend Opening Hours
Also from 1 September, we'll be extending our weekend opening hours:
Saturday: 7:00am–8:00pm
Sunday: 8:00am–8:00pm
