It’s Sew Time I have had a love of sewing for a very long time. This is my outlet! It started with bags but now and for rather a long time its jackets.

Candy Couture (Matalan) age 12 jacket. I’ve added Art Deco inspired ribbon which I found in a little shop in Brighton. On the back I’ve sewn by hand vintage buttons in the same colours as the ribbon.
This will be with me at Banwell Monthly Market today.

I’m heading into another busy few weeks and I’m ready for it!!
Tomorrow It’s Sew Time will be at Banwell Monthly Market in the Scout Hut.
Then I’m away until Wednesday with my lovely husband for a short city break.
The following Sunday (20th) I shall be at The Independent Pet Company open day on Ebdon Road Wick St Lawrence from 10-2pm. Hopefully the sun will grace us with its presence!!

So my lovelies wotcha doing tomorrow night between 7 and 9.30?
Well I knows where I’m going to be! I’m going to be with some gorgeous creative people, in the pub, ( I might have a cheeky glass of vino, you never know! 😜).
So tomorrow night, Ebdon Arms, 7-9.30. Maybe buy a drink, take a stroll around our work and maybe walk away with something unique, hand made and blooming brilliant. Come along and have a looksee!

Today I will mostly sewing like a whirring dervish to replenish stock that the most lovely of people have bought from me these last few days. So this is my calm before storm of the mad two days I have coming!
Friday I shall be at The Ebdon Arms from 7-9.30 for the loveliest way to shop ( in my honest opinion). Buy a drink and maybe order food and while it’s being cooked mooch around the fabulous makers that will be in the Events room in the pub. Very civilised! 🥰
Then on Saturday morning I shall be at The Hutton Big Bash family day from 11-4 with their dog show and wonderful entertainment for all the family.

Who doesn’t like a farm ? Wellies, sunflowers, tractors, chickens and all manor of animals!! This little age 3 baby Gap jacket was finished yesterday and as it wasn’t the nicest day I thought I’d photograph it today.
