Dont let the thought of people who are already in shape make you feel like you dont belong in the same gym. Everyone has a starting point. The differnece between you and them is that they have been doing longer and more consistantly than you have. The sooner as you think of those people on that way, the less intimidated you will feel. In time you will be where they are, you just have to make the start and be consistent.
