Too busy to take many photos this last couple of weeks.
3 LCMLA assessments, 5 SRT coaching days, 2 caver skills workshops, some work at height training, and a few minutes spare at home to relax!

Some recent feedback from private caving days....

"We had a really good day. Beth was great. The two caves were the perfect level for our two girls, who gave a good account of themselves, and really enjoyed it. What we particularly appreciated was the extra info Beth was able to share with us about the rock, fossils, cave formation, mining history etc. As well as keeping you safe and showing you a good time, that's what makes going with a guide a very worthwhile endeavour."

"I'd just like to say how amazing the trip was. Beth was unbelievably knowledgeable about the cave environment and a great guide, we loved it. And both our daughters want to go caving again - which is the real measure of success. I've no doubt we'll be in touch for another trip at some point."

Do you want to learn SRT for caving or mine exploration? Join us on a low-ratio training day on the 16th of May in the Peak District. This course is aimed at beginners or those with limited experience seeking structured training by a Cave Instructor. £65pp and all equipment is provided.

The SRT course is for anyone with a desire to learn how to ascend and descend straightforward rope pitches in caves and mines.
