Great to call into the gym last night, to yet again see more medals coming to Bodyworks. 💪💪💪💪💪

This time up we had 👇👇

Elizabeth Mc Guinness & Stanley Hamilton who competed in the World of grip stones of steel competition. 🌎🌍🌏

This is certainly not for the weak of mind.

Elizabeth came 3rd in the female open… (folks, that’s 3rd in the WORLD) think about it…. Brilliant achievement, well done girl. 👏👏

Then we had Stan who came in 3rd in the men’s 105kg class. (There was no 90kg class on this particular competition but Stan broke a world record on each lift for the 90k class, which will be recorded online.)
The absolute raw power this man has is actually scary, well done sir 👏 👍

Absolutely brilliant to see so many trophies and medals from such a broad spectrum of sports still flowing into TEAM Bodyworks & CO.
