Well the season kicked off for K & L Racing last weekend at the Cookstown 100. This was always intended to be a test for the little Yamaha and we have certainly taken away more positives than negatives!

Few little issues which we can work on before the next outing Pre TT where Andy is confident he can run at the business end of the pack!

The whole team worked hard over the weekend and whilst we had our fair share of issues we were rewarded with a win in the Senior Classic with Andy onboard a Rob North Triumph for the first time!

Thanks to everyone who helps this little team and we know …… there are good times ahead 👌

What a great weekend at the Mid Antrim 150 Club Bike Show .Thanks to everyone who took part in the Raffle . Congratulations to Malcolm Colgan on winning the Milwaukee Kit and Gérard Stirling on winning the Hamper .

Only a few days to go to when the Ballymoney Motorcycle show kicks off!
Doors open at 5pm on Friday and again 10am Saturday morning.
Make sure you come and say hello to us as our TX500 will be proudly on display. This is the bike that Andy Hornby will ride at the later this year and selected events before then.
The best £10 you will spend this weekend ….. that is unless your quick and buy one of our last few raffle tickets!

Road racing stalwarts Bill Kennedy and Peter Louden have formed a new classic team for 2026 when Andy Hornby will ride a Yamaha TX500 in a tribute colour scheme to Bill’s brother Frank.
