Massive well done to Clare ππΌ
5th online session in just two weeks β done and dusted ππΌ
Clare has been struggling for years with a frozen shoulder and Achilles pain, so understandably she was very nervous about getting back into training. Thatβs why weβve taken it slow and focused on building confidence first.
We started with just 20-minute sessions using bodyweight exercises and a Pilates ball (such a simple but powerful bit of kit for engaging those smaller stabilising muscles).
Fast forward two weeks and weβre now up to 45 minutes πͺπΌ Sheβs introduced resistance bands and light weights and is moving so much more comfortably.
The goal was always to get Clare moving pain-free and gradually build from there β and sheβs absolutely smashing it.
So excited to see her strength, progress and confidence continue to grow π«Άπ»
