💪((B)) Blast - our original class but condensed for those who are short on time or just prefer a shorter workout. We make it harder by adding the optional use of hand weights to create lean, toned arms
🤩 ((BOUNCE)) - our original 1 hour class, designed to burn up to 700 calories
🥁((B)) Beats - expect Latin music, lots of fun and to hit the trampoline like a drum
