💪((B)) Blast - our original class but condensed for those who are short on time or just prefer a shorter workout. We make it harder by adding the optional use of hand weights to create lean, toned arms
🤩 ((BOUNCE)) - our original 1 hour class, designed to burn up to 700 calories
🥁((B)) Beats - expect Latin music, lots of fun and to hit the trampoline like a drum

Our 10 class pass - the cheapest way to book your classes!
What you need to know:
• Can be used across both our Clapham & Balham venues, offering greater flexibility and variety
• It expires 60 days after your first booking - not from the date of purchase
• Saves £1.25 per class
• Classes booked with 10 class pass can still be transferred in the normal way

((BOUNCE)) improves weight loss up to 3 times faster than floor-based exercise due to the addition of gravity and g-force, it builds core strength quickly, is a cellular workout and detoxifies the body efficiently thanks to the lymphatic system being pumped as we jump. There's oodles of scientific research on the health benefits of rebounding, but most impressively we're aiming to lose over 700 calories per session, and have fun of course... that's what trampolines were made for!⁠

💥A NASA study found that 10 minutes of jumping on a trampoline is the equivalent of a 30 minute run⁠

💥The International Journal of Sports Science reported that jumping on a trampoline is 50% more⁠
effective in burning body fat than running after a study conducted tests in 2016⁠

Our motto is: "Fun. Friendly. Fierce" so prepare to work hard but feel welcomed, smile and have a laugh. The first 40 minutes we are jumping, and the last 20 minutes we tone the body by lying on the trampolines. There are beginners in every session too, so don't worry about feeling self-conscious – you'll see everyone bouncing at their own pace. It usually takes 3 sessions to get used to all the bouncing and recognise the moves so stick with it... but here's a warning: its addictive!⁠

Do you sometimes forget all the classes you have booked?

DID YOU KNOW...
You can view a full list of all of your upcoming bookings at any time by logging in to your Bookwhen account and clicking on View Bookings at the top of your screen.

Found a class that you can no longer attend? You can amend any pre-booked studio class to another session within these terms:

- Up to 24hrs of the Class date and time
- To another date within 30 days
- One transfer per session

To move any class you've booked simply:
1. Go to your email booking confirmation
2. Click on View Booking
3. Ticket Options
4. Transfer
5. Select date and click Save to confirm the transfer

Please note, all confirmed bookings are non-refundable. Please do not click 'CANCEL' on your booking unless you wish to fully release your space, as this space will then become available to others! Note: Cancelled bookings cannot be reinstated, transferred, or credited.
