I have a long experience as a football player and I’ve played at semipro level in Italy and in Australia. I provide the best individual and group sessions for girls and boys of all ages. I will give you a personal
program whether you are a beginner or an elite player. All the sessions will be developed for your age and role.
1on1 Session
FC Football Coaching will give players the opportunity to develop their individual skills with the elite session which I provide. Each session is designed to help players find their own style that suits their character and strengths. FC Football Coaching is specialised on developing players and preparing them for the next level and/or for an academy. FC Football Coaching has developed 2 methodology. One is for the youngest players 5 to 12 years old. We are working on: technique, ball mastery, coordination, speed agility, first touch, passing, shooting, running with the ball, how to beat players on 1vs1 situation and also help to build confidence both mentally and physically. Second one for players from 12+ where we are going to focus on players positioning. We are focused in: strength and conditioning, flexibility and MENTAL PREPARATION. Group sessions
FC Football Coaching has designed a program focused in: individual technique, passing and receiving, finishing, speed agility, feints for 1v1, small side games. FC Football Coaching’s target is to keep a high intensity during the session where players needs to maintain a high concentration, improve on aspects of the game and have as much fun as they can.
