For a long time, I found it difficult to answer the question:
“So… what exactly do you do?” ☺️
The truth is, my work has evolved through every chapter of my own journey.

Through 14+ years teaching movement.
Through coaching and studying human behaviour.
Through moving countries and building a life from scratch.
Through unexpected setbacks, reinvention and learning to trust myself again and again.

Today, my work focuses on movement, coaching, embodiment and personal transformation.
I support women navigating change, identity shifts and new chapters — helping them reconnect with themselves, build self-trust and move forward with greater clarity, confidence and alignment.
Whether through coaching, movement, workshops, mentorship or simply creating spaces for reflection and growth, my intention is always the same:
To help you remember who you are beneath the noise, expectations and pressure to be everything to everyone, to tap into your inner wisdom.

If you’re new here, welcome 🤍
And if you’ve been here for a while, I’d love to know:
What season of life are you currently navigating?

Read on for the silver lining 👇🏻

Nobody really prepares you for how hard it is to go from feeling strong, independent and deeply connected to your body…

to relearning how to walk again.

Coming back to London, returning to work, and teaching again these past two weeks has felt emotional in many ways.

And not because everything is suddenly back to normal, but because a few months ago, I genuinely didn’t know if and when any of this would feel possible again.

This experience taught me so much more than body mechanics.

It challenged my identity.
My nervous system.
My sense of control.
My patience.

There were moments I felt disconnected from everything familiar — including myself.

But somewhere in the middle of all of it, something shifted.

Because growth rarely happens in comfort.

It happens in the darkest moments that almost break us.
The moments that ask us to slow down, surrender, adapt and rebuild.

That’s why I feel so deeply connected now to supporting women through transitions and change.

Because the choices we make in times of uncertainty are the ones that shape our new reality and who we are becoming.

Right now I’m just grateful to be back teaching again, to move, to walk, to live my purpose.

And to be able to go and smell the roses 🌹

Most instructors don’t struggle because they don’t know enough.

They struggle because teaching in real time requires a completely different set of skills.

You can understand the method,
know your exercises, build a strong sequence, push your clients hard…
and still feel like your classes don’t fully flow.

I’ve experienced this myself when I first started —
and I see it often when working with instructors.

Moments like:

Repeating the same cues
Not knowing what to say next
Rushing transitions just to keep things moving
Jumping from one exercise to another just to fill in the gaps
Second guessing when to layer or progress
Endless counting

None of that means you’re not a good instructor.

It just means you haven’t refined the delivery yet.

What makes a class feel strong and seamless
isn’t just what you teach…

It’s how you lead people through it, and your ability to trigger a response in them.

If you’re an instructor and you recognise yourself in this…

this is some of the support I offer inside my Barre mentorship.

We don’t just go over exercises.

We refine how you actually teach — in real time.

Your cueing.
Your timing.
Your presence.
Your use of music.
Your confidence in the room.

Through detailed feedback and tailored support,
I help you:

• teach with more clarity and precision
• build intensity in a structured, intentional way
• adapt your sequences with confidence
• know when and how to offer corrections
• hold the room without second guessing yourself

So your classes don’t just feel “hard”…

they feel strong, sleek and truly effective.

If this is something you’re ready to refine,
you’re welcome to reach out 🤍

This is something I’ve been meaning to share for a while.

And in many ways… I had to live it first.

I see a certain moment that shows up in people’s lives —

and I’ve experienced it myself too.

It’s not always loud or dramatic.

Sometimes it’s just a quiet shift that you feel deeply.

In how you relate to yourself.

In what you’re no longer available for.

In what you’re beginning to recognise as true for you.

This isn’t a step backwards.

It’s awareness.

And it’s often the point where people either

try to push through and ignore it…

or pause and start listening more closely.

This is the space I hold in my work.

Through deep listening, intuitive questions, and honest reflection —

guiding you back to your own truth.

Not by giving you the answers,

by helping you hear your own more clearly.

That’s where real clarity begins.

And where aligned decisions are made.

If you recognise yourself in this…

you’re not going backwards — you’re realigning 🤍

Winter Solstice ✨

The longest night of the year, where darkness meets its turning point.
A reminder that even when light feels distant, it is quietly gathering strength.

Today we honour the pause, the stillness, and the soft return of light — within and around us.

As we slow down, reflect, and make space for what wants to grow next, a new cycle begins.

Welcome back, light ✨

Today I taught my final barre class at a studio that has been home to me for so many years.
It’s hard to put into words how much this space means to me. It’s where my barre journey began back in 2013—where I stepped into my very first class, where I trained, learned, grew, and was shaped by incredible teachers.
I can confidently say I’ve learned from the very best. And that my style is still 100% pure traditional barre 🔥

From Barreworks to The Yoga Bar, I’ve witnessed two beautiful businesses come and go, and through it all, I’m beyond proud to have built a community of strong, inspiring, committed barre-addicts, most of whom have been with me since day one.

I’m deeply honoured to have touched so many lives over the years—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. And to have trained so many barre instructors and watch them grow on their journeys. Your messages of gratitude and support over the past days and weeks have reminded me exactly why I chose the path of teaching… and why I continue to choose it. Today and every day.

Thank you for trusting me, moving with me, sweating with me, laughing with me, and showing up—again and again. Consistently is what always takes us forward.

This chapter may be closing, but the journey absolutely continues.

Stay tuned for updates and follow the link in my bio for ways to with me - in person, online and privately.

With love and gratitude, always.

The Art of Release - Hip Power & Mobility

Last call to join me at the barre for the last workshop I’ll be teaching at .yoga.bar this Saturday 👯‍♀️

🗓️ Saturday 8th November, 2-4pm

📍 The Yoga Bar, Richmond

Your hips hold more than you think — tension, emotions, and the key to better posture, freedom in movement and longevity.

In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll dive deep into unlocking, strengthening, and restoring this powerful part of your body.

✨ What to expect:

• Dynamic barre sequences at the barre to both strengthen and mobilise the hips — working small stabilising muscles as well as the larger movers
• Targeted exercises to improve hip flexibility, range of motion & joint health
• Deep stretches to release tightness from long hours of sitting or repetitive training
• Mindful movement & posture work to support balance, stability, and alignment
• Restorative closing sequence to leave you feeling open, grounded, and renewed

✨ Why at the barre?

Training at the barre offers the perfect balance of support and challenge. It allows you to isolate hip movements with precision, strengthen muscles around the joint, and improve mobility in a safe and controlled way. This makes it ideal whether you’re working to increase flexibility, prevent injury, or enhance athletic performance.

👉🏻 Spaces are limited — book your spot now via the link in bio!
